Clinical Supervision

​

Professional clinical supervision is now available to support clinicians in developing confidence in their clinical skills. Supervision will be available in South Carolina, New Jersey, and Tennessee depending on  availability.  Both supervisors are committed to creating a safe, empowering environment for professional growth.

 

LPC Supervision: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) supervision is currently offered by Michael Catalana for LPC Associates (LPC-A). Michael provides structured, supportive guidance designed to help clinicians grow ethically and effectively within their scope of practice.

 

LSW/LMSW Supervision (Coming January 2026): Beginning January 2026, Gina Karwatka will provide clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) pursuing their LCSW or LISW-CP. Gina’s approach emphasizes clinical insight, ethical decision-making, and the development of a reflective, client-centered practice.

Gina Karwatka is a passionate advocate for empowering clients to achieve their self-determined goals, recognizing the tendency to postpone prioritizing essential desires such as resolving past trauma, restoring relationships, enhancing communication, refining parenting practices, supporting family members, alleviating symptoms, and elevating overall quality of life. With her dedicated support, Gina believes that individuals can reflect on and discern the path to achieving their goals.

Employing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, Gina strives to enhance the success of her clients in reaching their personal objectives. Her fervor for teaching boundaries is evident in her approach, emphasizing the importance of establishing and maintaining healthy personal boundaries. Drawing from her extensive experience in the mental health field since 1995, Gina brings a rich history of understanding trauma, healing, hope, and change to her practice. With clinical credentials in both New Jersey and South Carolina, she is equipped to provide comprehensive services.

In addition to therapeutic support, Gina extends her expertise to divorce mediation and as an educator in mediation and conflict resolution, she is committed to creating an educational environment that maximizes learning, networking, practical application, and collaborative thinking.

Gina eagerly anticipates meeting individuals at their current point in their journey, offering understanding and guidance throughout the treatment process. Encouraging individuals to embark on their journey to improved mental health, she emphasizes that there is no better day than today to start creating their best life.

Michael Catalana
Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LPCS, LPC

Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina and Tennessee with over 20 years of clinical experience. He brings a grounded, empathetic, and practical approach to therapy, rooted in systemic and empowerment-focused care that honors each client’s unique support systems and goals.

Michael specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. He has advanced training in trauma-informed care, including education through Vanderbilt University, and has supported clients across a wide range of clinical settings and life transitions.

​

In addition to therapy, Michael offers clinical supervision for LPC-Associates and is currently accepting new supervisees. His supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented. Whether you're seeking personal healing or professional development, Michael is honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Natalie Dinecola
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, LISW-CP

Natalie brings a calm, compassionate presence to every session, blending clinical expertise with authentic human connection. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique story. She integrates evidence-based practices—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—while honoring each individual’s pace and preferences.

Natalie supports adults navigating anxiety, grief, overwhelm, perfectionism, trauma, and life transitions. Whether someone is balancing caregiving responsibilities, feeling stuck, or carrying emotional pain beneath the surface, her sessions offer a nonjudgmental, flexible space centered on meaningful, client-driven goals. She reminds clients they don’t need to have it all figured out—just to come as they are.

Natalie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP/LCSW) with 13 years of experience across hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice. Licensed in South Carolina and Colorado, she offers both in-person and virtual sessions, with daytime and evening availability.

​

Her additional training includes SAFE Certification (Adoption/Foster Care), QPRT Suicide Risk Assessment, Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), and telehealth evaluations. Natalie believes that healing happens in safe, trusted relationships—and she’s committed to walking alongside clients every step of the way.

Anya Ware

Anya is a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families restore emotional balance and reconnect with their sense of purpose. With an integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, Anya brings both clinical expertise and deep compassion to her work.

 

Anya is an eclectic, solution-focused therapist trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and she specializes in trauma, grief, relationship dynamics, self-worth, and life transitions. Her work is goal-oriented and emotionally attuned, guiding clients through meaningful change while cultivating self-confidence and inner resilience. Anya is committed to equipping clients with practical tools—offering psychoeducation, boundary-setting strategies, and customized treatment planning to support long-term success.

Anya creates a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. For those seeking a spiritual element in their care, she welcomes incorporating Christian faith into therapy when requested. Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, LPC-A

When stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences begin to take a toll, you don’t have to face it alone.

With over 13 years of clinical experience, Anna helps individuals find clarity, connection, and calm. Her therapeutic style is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from her work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she offers a comprehensive and compassionate perspective.

Anna works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including chronic stress, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, mood and personality disorders, and major life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and develop a deeper, more resilient sense of self-worth.

 

Her experience also includes supporting those managing anxiety, depression, anger, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, codependency, emotional regulation difficulties, and executive functioning challenges.

Josh’s work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. With a background in counseling and years of experience across diverse settings—including supporting children in foster care, individuals in underserved urban communities, and families in Haiti—Josh brings a wide lens to understanding what shapes us.

Having lived in multiple countries and traveled through all 50 U.S. states and 23 countries, Josh holds a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the ways our environments impact mental and emotional well-being. His approach is especially informed by trauma-informed care, and he has had the privilege of working with individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions.

Therapy with Josh is collaborative, affirming, and client-centered. He believes each person is the expert on their own life. His role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges and discover new possibilities. Josh tailors sessions to each individual’s goals, integrating a variety of tools and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed, strengths-based strategies.

Outside the therapy room, Josh enjoys being in nature, exploring new places, and staying curious about the world and the people in it. He brings that same spirit of openness and curiosity into every session.
